  I would have given this place zero stars, but since it doesn't, a person is forced to give it one star more than it really deserves! Patients Name: Gail J. Nelson-Decorah I have NEVER in my 52yrs of life been treated so poorly in my entire life, as when trying to receive emergency care, out of two weekends in a row, I had come here for kidney infection, & UTI I had an awesome doctor on Saturday, but two Sundays in a row I have received such disgusting treatment! I plan to fight tooth and nail, but this is one bill I will not have my insurance company pay either! Now here I am again and I am almost to the point of walking out the door! Oh wait I did walk out! I can see why this place is called "KILLERVIEW" now it goes by ASPIRUS/RIVERVIEW-KILLERVIEW and this DR.GILLETT IS A REAL JEM I also will never again trust a Physicians Assistant at least not here at this E.R. never again! One week ago Sat. 5 hrs spent here. One week ago Sun. 6hrs now this week Sun. Today 4hrs to piss in a cup... and wait so very wrong I'd rather take my chances in going to WAUSAU even if I am on my death bed, I WONT be back, nor will I ever again bring a loved one here. The past 10 yrs I've seen the doctors ability to do their jobs steadily decline. The nurses are the only people with intelligence, compassion and class with an awesome bedside manner. After tonight I know the drs in the E.R. need to get a clue before this place has no patients coming in or going out(they probably passed away waiting for the "contracted doctors" to come back in) hence the namev Killerview!
